1. Where is my printed copy of the late delivery voucher? The Rider did not give one to me although the pizza arrives after 30 minutes

As an additional measure to support 100% Contactless delivery, starting 23rd Apr 2020 we will no longer issue printed copies of late delivery vouchers. Instead, late delivery voucher codes will be sent to your email or your phone number (via SMS) within 24 hours.
2: Why am I receiving an email or SMS with a late delivery voucher code?
With our 30 minutes delivery guarantee, we promise to deliver to you within 30 minutes, or you will get a free regular pizza voucher. At Domino's, the health and safety of our team members and customers are our number one priority. 3. How do I know whether it will be sent to my email or to my phone number?
All online orders will receive the late delivery Free Pizza Voucher via email & all other orders will receive the voucher via SMS. Emails/SMS would be sent within 24 hours.
