TERMS AND CONDITIONS
VIP EXPRESS CARD PROGRAM
1. Dommal Food Services Sdn. Bhd. 199701003564 (419060-A)will be referred to as “Domino’s”.
2. The “VIP Express Card Program” (“Program”) shall run from 1 January 2021 to 31 December 2021, both dates inclusive (“Program Period”).
3. The VIP Express Card is valid till 31 December 2021 (“Card Expiry Date”).
4. This Program is open to all customers who apply for the VIP Express Card Membership from Domino’s Malaysia stores, via online (Domino’s Web or Mobile App) transactions, and by calling Domino’s hotline.
(A) VIP EXPRESS CARD MEMBERSHIP:
5. The cost of Domino’s VIP Express Card Membership is RM60 for new membership and RM30 for membership renewal (existing VIP Express Card Members).
6. Customers can purchase the VIP Express Card online at expresscard.dominos.com.my, via Domino’s mobile App, by calling Domino’s hotline at 1300-888-333 or walk-in to any of Domino’s Malaysia stores and purchase it over-the-counter.
7. Customers can choose to collect the VIP Express Card from their nearest store or via delivery if the VIP Express Card was purchased via online (Domino’s Web or Mobile App) or by calling Domino’s hotline.
(B) ACCOUNT ACTIVATION
8. Customers need to visit expresscard.dominos.com.my and click on “Activate Express Card” to register their cards. For new members, please key in full name, mobile no., express card no. (found at the front of the card), serial no. (found at the back of the card), and email address to activate the VIP Express Card via online. Within 24 hours of activation, one (1) Free Regular Pizza eCoupon (Only valid with Take-Away order) will be auto credited to the registered online account.
(C) PROGRAM BENEFITS:
9. Customers will be able to enjoy the following benefits:

No minimum purchase is required
VIII. Top Spenders Reward - Quarterly Reward for the Top 3 Spenders
Open to all members with at least one (1) transaction on any VIP Express Card promotions via in-store, online (Domino’s Web or Mobile App) or by calling Domino’s hotline.
10. Birthday Treat will be auto credited to customers’ registered account on his/her birthday month. Please login to Domino’s online account and go to “Pizza Profile Settings” (next to cart) to update the birth date upon successful activation of the VIP Express Card. Refer to the image below for reference.
Top Spenders Reward (“Top Spenders Program”)
11. Domino’s will select three (3) winners every quarter as follows, and there will be 12 winners throughout the Top Spenders Program.
12. This Top Spenders Program is open to all VIP Express Card Members with at least one (1) transaction on any VIP Express Card promotions via in-store, online (Domino’s Web or Mobile App) or by calling Domino’s hotline during the Top Spenders Program Period.
13. Prizes are RM300 gift certificate (“Prize”) from Domino’s. Prizes are not refundable, transferable OR exchangeable for cash credit or any other items. Prizes not redeemed within the notified period will be forfeited. Domino’s reserves the right to substitute any winning prizes with a prize of similar value, with or without notice.
14. Domino’s will select 3 winners quarterly based on the compilation of the Top 3 Spenders transactions (Amount spent) on any VIP Express Card promotions via in-Store, Online (Domino’s Web or Mobile App) or by calling Domino’s hotline during the Top Spenders Program Period.
15. Winners will be notified via SMS or email using the same contact number and email address in which they registered in their Domino’s online account. Winners must ensure that the contact number and email address provided in their pizza profile settings are true, accurate, up-to-date and complete.
16. Winners will be informed within thirty (30) days of the last date of the Quarter. Winners must respond within seven (7) days from the time and date Domino’s sends the winner’s announcement through notification via SMS or email, otherwise they will be disqualified.
17. The selection of winners and winners’ announcement will be final and no disputes will be entertained.
18. Once Domino’s has identified the successful winners, winners may go to the nearest appointed Domino’s store to collect the Prize. Winners must present Domino’s winning message received via SMS or email for verification purpose at the Domino’s store, failing which, Domino’s shall forfeit the Prize.
(D) GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
19. Domino’s reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of this VIP Express Card and VIP Express Card Program at any time without prior notice, or disqualify any VIP Express Card Members deemed ineligible or has engaged in a conduct/ transaction that Domino’s considers inappropriate or unacceptable.
20. Domino’s shall not be liable for any default due to any act of God, war, riot, strike, terrorism, epidemic, lockout, industrial action, fire, flood, drought, storm or any event beyond the reasonable control of Domino’s.
21. Domino’s reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend the VIP Express Card and VIP Express Card Program without prior notice. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination or suspension by Domino’s of VIP Express Card and VIP Express Card Program shall not entitle the Customer to any claim or compensation against Domino’s for any and all losses or damages suffered or incurred by the Customer as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension.
22. Domino’s shall only be liable for any loss or damage suffered or incurred as a direct result of Domino’s gross negligence and shall not be liable for any other loss or damage of any kind such as loss of income, profit, goodwill or indirect, incidental, exemplary, punitive, consequential or special loss or damage howsoever arising, whether or not Domino’s have been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage.
23. Customers shall be personally responsible for all taxes, rates, government fees or any other charges that may be levied against them under applicable laws, if any, in relation to this Program.
24. Domino’s decision on all matters relating to this Program shall be final and binding.

1. What is Domino’s VIP Express Card and how do I benefit from the card?
Domino’s VIP Express Card entitles those who purchased the card to enjoy unlimited savings all year long for Buy 1 Free 1 Pizza, Buy 1 Free 1 selected sides, 50% Off ala carte pizza, monthly special promotions and other benefits exclusively for our VIP Express Card Member. Refer to FAQ No.9 for the full list of benefits.
2. How much does it cost to purchase the Domino’s VIP Express Card?
It costs RM60 for new membership and RM30 for membership renewal (existing VIP Express Card Members).
3. Where can I purchase the Domino’s VIP Express Card?
You can purchase the card online at expresscard.dominos.com.my, via Domino’s mobile App, by calling our hotline at 1300-888-333 or you may also walk-in to any of our Domino’s Malaysia stores and purchase it over-the-counter. 4. Can I purchase more than one Domino’s VIP Express Card?
Yes, you can purchase more than one card to be given away as a gift for your loved ones or friends.
5. Can I register more than one Domino’s VIP Express Card?
Only one VIP Express Card is allowed per registered account using a unique email address via expresscard.dominos.com.my. Refer to Account Activation and Membership for more info.
6. Can I know when does the Domino’s VIP Express Card expire?
Domino’s VIP Express Card is valid untill 31 December 2021 and this is stated at the back of every card.

7. I just got my Domino’s VIP Express Card? How do I activate my card to enjoy 1 Free Regular Pizza?
Go to expresscard.dominos.com.my and click on “Activate Express Card”. For new members, please key in your full name, mobile no., express card no. (found at the front of the card), serial no. (found at the back of the card), and email address to activate your card online. 8. Where can I use the Domino’s Express Card?
You can use it through our mobile App or online ordering at www.dominos.com.my, ordering through our hotline at 1800-888-333 or Over-the-Counter at any Domino’s Malaysia stores for Dine-In/ Take Away services.
9. I forgot to bring my Domino’s VIP Express Card to the store! Can I still enjoy the benefits?
Yes, if you forgot to bring your card to the store you may make purchases through our mobile App or online ordering at www.dominos.com.my to enjoy the benefits. For ordering via our hotline, please state your card number to our Customer Service Representative whereas when ordering over-the-counter, you will need to present your card upon ordering.
10. Is there a limit as to how many times I can enjoy the benefits of the Domino’s Express Card?
There is no limit and you may enjoy unlimited savings all year long for most benefits of the card, provided that you meet the terms & conditions of each benefit. Refer to FAQ No.11 for the terms and conditions of each benefits.
